Bank Finance and Insurance

It can be a depository bank , which is the best known banking sector. This type of bank receives savings from its customers and grants loans. The establishment may also be an investment bank , which has business advisory and corporate finance. It also carries out operations on the financial markets. Finally, it can be a private bank, which specializes in managing large portfolios. The latter offers high-end services for the management of assets whose value is significant.
A bank can also offer ancillary services such as insurance, mutual insurance or surety bonds.
Insurance is an operation by which a person (the insurer) undertakes to provide a service, under an insurance contract, for the benefit of another individual (the insured) upon the occurrence of a risk and subject to the payment of a contribution or a premium. Risk constitutes the object of the insurance. An insured takes out insurance to protect himself against harmful events (illness, fire, theft, death, etc.) or against the risks associated with certain objects he owns (car, home, etc.).

This practical training aims at training specialists in banking, finance and insurance directly operational in jobs in the sector.
It should be noted that particular emphasis is placed on mastering IT tools for banking, finance and insurance.

What are the conditions to be met to enroll in Banking Finance and Insurance?

  • First year : Hold a Baccalaureate or equivalent

  • Second year : Validation of 60 ECTS credits (2 semesters) of the first year in Management Science following an LMD bulletin format

  • Third year : Have validated the second year of the license in Management Science

  • Master 1 : Students who have validated the 180 ECTS (6 semesters) of the License in Management Science or equivalent can apply for the continuation of their studies in one of the specialties of this Master

  • Master 2 : Have validated training in Master 1 of the chosen specialization or equivalent
